sends closed incident and unit information to a Microsoft SQL
database.
–The
SQL database is where Business Objects, CAD Web Query, and
other applications obtain their data from.
–Previous
years CAD data has been loaded into the database (from
1999).
–Custom
queries can be created to search and or report on data from the
database.
