The Systems Unit will be working on ways to make sure that pager replacement and programming changes are done consistently in a timely and effective manner. In order for this to occur, changes will be made to the "drop in" pager hours and service times.
During "drop-in hours" pagers will be re-programmed "while you wait". New and replacement pagers may also be issued during these hours when they are available from the vendor. For pager services outside of the posted "drop-in hours", pagers can be left with a pager servicing form at any time and will be completed within 3 business days (normally less). When the pager is ready, the customer will be notified that the pager is ready for pick up. If these hours do not meet your needs, appointments may be arranged.
